Big Sky & Montana Condos

A minimum 2 night stay is required.

A 7% Montana Accommodation Tax will be added to the cost of your guest house for stays less than 30 days. 

We accept personal and traveler's checks, and real money. 

A deposit of 50% of the cost will hold your reservation.  An invoice will be sent to you with the details of your reservation.  The deposit must be received within 10 days after receipt of the invoice to confirm your reservation.

The balance of your payment is due upon arrival.

Deposits are refundable until 30 days prior to your arrival minus a 15% cancellation fee.  For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, your deposit is non-refundable unless we can re-book your reservation dates (minus a 15% cancellation fee).

Our cancellation policy reflects the fact that we are a very small operation.  Often our guests are from out-of-state so late cancellations are nearly impossible to fill.
